Even during wars and changes of government, we remain by Madagascar’s side.
Once again, this expedition was a true adventure.
Thanks to our valued partners, Orphan Grain, and all their dedicated volunteers working with the most vulnerable, we were able to organize the delivery of more than 250,000 meals to Tanjomoha, Father Emeric, the people with disabilities he supports, and the many food refugees he assists.
The container left the central United States before being loaded in Houston onto the SS TAORMINA, bound for the Panama Canal. It then traveled to Singapore where, after a transshipment and a long wait, it was reloaded onto the SS BALTIMORE STAR, bound for Réunion Island. Finally, after a final transshipment and another wait at the port of Pointe-des-Galets,

it continued its journey to Tamatave (Toamasina), Madagascar. The 250,000 meals will then be transported by truck by the MIDEX transport company. Half of this aid will remain in Tanjomoha, while the other half will be distributed to the most vulnerable in the communes of the diocese of Bishop Alfredo Caires de Nobrega.
This delivery represents only a modest contribution compared to the immense needs of thousands of people who struggle daily to feed themselves.
With your support, you who read and follow us, we can go even further and provide more assistance to those who need it most.
Thank you for being part of this chain of solidarity.

Keep giving!

In these times more difficult than ever, we need your help.
USAID is no more.
WHO has deserted.
You can help us replace them.
We are talking here about the survival of millions of people.

Sincerely,

Patrick Adam de Villiers
